Jennifer Elmberg, MSW, LICSW

Welcome! With over a decade of dedicated experience in the health, mental health and human services field, I specialize in utilizing various evidenced based trauma resolution modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, DBT, and Somatic work. I utilize an integrative medicine approach that looks at the whole person. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that works the best for you and your goals.

I am a board approved supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work and have been providing clinical supervision to social workers since 2019.

I am passionate about nature, animals, and health. In my free time you can find me reading, spending time with my family and dogs, or doing something outside in nature.

Mohammed Eltobgy

MSW Intern, clinical

Mohammed is a generalist social work intern at Align North, currently pursuing his Master of Social Work degree at Walden University, with an expected graduation in 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and Communications and has a professional background in marketing and public relations.

With a passion for supporting couples and families, Mohammed has completed coursework in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is actively working toward his Level One Gottman Institute certification. During his internship, he will be shadowing therapy sessions and will begin seeing clients this fall 2025.

In his spare time, Mohammed enjoys working out, meditating, and listening to classical music.

Lindsey Naughton, LGSW

Telehealth Psychotherapist

Lindsey Naughton completed her graduate degree in Clinical Social Work at the College of St. Scholastica. Lindsey has previously worked with children and adults with mental health diagnoses in various settings including: in-home therapy, homeless services and parent support outreach. 

Lindsey facilitates an environment where clients are seen, valued, respected and heard; a space where they feel safe to explore their goal areas and together create a plan to achieve them. She believes authentic human connection is essential for her collaborative work with clients. She offers a person-centered, trauma-informed approach carefully considering: relationships, environment, spirituality and community.

Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, particularly outdoors. She’s passionate about holistic health and enjoys cooking, baking and making various wellness products.

Lillia Elmberg

Administrative Assistant

Lillia is the friendly voice behind the phone at Align North, where she supports clients by answering calls, returning messages, and coordinating scheduling with all of our clinicians. This fall, she will begin her studies at the College of St. Scholastica as she pursues a career in the mental health field. With a background in home health care and several years of experience as a barista in a local coffee shop, Lillia brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to her work. Outside the office, she is passionate about dance and adores spending time with her dogs.
